Order Cancellation:
Cancellation Before Shipment:
- If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately. We will process your cancellation and issue a full refund.
- Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. After this period, your order may have already been processed for shipment.
Cancellation After Shipment:
- Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they have been shipped. However, you may return the product after receiving it, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
- Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable for orders canceled after shipment.
How to Request a Cancellation:

- Once we receive your cancellation request, we will confirm the cancellation and refund details within 1-2 business days.
Refund Process:
- Refunds for canceled orders (before shipment) will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of confirmation.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Non-Cancellable Products:
- Certain perishable items such as fresh fruits, flowers, and other natural products are non-cancellable once they have been processed for shipment, due to their limited shelf life.
